# CA SecDer - Create a new request

To create a new CA request project, click the “**Create new request**” button on the “**Requests**” tab.

Select the Corporate Action **type.** Depending on the type, you will have the possibility to either:

-   Upload a CSV file
-   Fill-in a MyEuronext form

CA requests through **CSV upload**:

-   Current Parity
-   Current Strike Level
-   Delisting Upon Issuer Request 
-   Knock Out
-   Barrier event
-   Periodic Amount
-   Restrike
-   Rollover Leverage
-   Variation Size

CA requests through **MyEuronext form**:

-   Underlying (Underlying change, ISIN & Name Change, K-factor adjustment, Basket creation)
