<h2>Connect User account</h2><p>To access MyEuronext, you need to have an account on the<a href="https://connect.euronext.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"> Euronext Customer Portal (Connect)</a>. The account creation is quick and easy:</p><ol><li>Go to <a href="https://www.euronext.com">https://www.euronext.com</a> &nbsp;and choose “Customer portal” Or type directly: <a href="https://connect2.euronext.com">https://connect2.euronext.com</a> <img class="image_resized" style="width:87.18%;" src="https://cdn-assets.productfruits.com/4d16cf70-a2b9-4bc8-87c7-284316d7abd0"></li><li>Choose “<strong>Create New Account</strong>” and fill-in the form <img class="image_resized" style="width:75.84%;" src="https://cdn-assets.productfruits.com/c9e080e3-ac26-4e5e-850d-b8323fe289fe"></li><li>Choose your profile type and fill-in the required information. You will be asked to complete your personal information (including phone number, important for multi-factor authentication) and set a password. The Password must have at least 14 characters and the following characteristics:<img src="https://cdn-assets.productfruits.com/a4c6b000-ed84-4b66-a5ad-48d4ac429196"></li></ol><h2>MyEuronext Profile</h2><p>To be able to access MyEuronext applications, you need to have a profile set up, with the user roles that are relevant to you. This profile will be created by your Company User Administrator in MyEuronext.</p><p>If you are a Company User Administrator:</p><ol><li>Your MyEuronext profile will be created by Euronext (only the first two administrators), as soon as your company signs the MyEuronext Terms &amp; Conditions.</li><li>You can refer to the specific tutorials to learn how to manage your company and create new contacts in the MyEuronext Company Settings application.</li></ol><h3>Tutorials for Admins</h3><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Issuer Company Administrators</p><div class="raw-html-embed"><script src="https://fast.wistia.net/player.js" async=""></script>

<p>MyEuronext applications are subject to Multi-Factor authentication.</p><p>1. When you click on the application tile, you will be redirected to the Two Factor Authentication screen.&nbsp;</p><p style="text-align:center;"><img class="image_resized" style="width:67.55%;" src="https://cdn-assets.productfruits.com/7bbedb75-370a-4a73-8367-434b3ce81e6f"></p><p>2. You can choose to receive the codes</p><ul><li>&nbsp;By email</li><li>&nbsp;By SMS</li><li>&nbsp;By Voice Message</li></ul><p style="text-align:center;"><img class="image_resized" style="width:65.51%;" src="https://cdn-assets.productfruits.com/6dd0784d-76dd-4141-83ee-651323ea3df1"></p><p>Choose your preferred method then click “<strong>Send</strong>"</p><p>3. Enter the code you received in the next screen, then click “<strong>Verify</strong>”</p><figure class="image image_resized" style="width:70.95%;"><img src="https://cdn-assets.productfruits.com/78f2cb18-64ac-48e5-a9ba-2a6beb066f0c"></figure><p>After the verification is successful, you will be redirected to the MyEuronext application.</p><p><strong>NOTE:</strong></p><ul><li>You can request up to 5 codes in a 10-minute timeframe. If the limit is reached, you need to wait for 10 minutes before the next try.</li><li>The SMS method is the fastest, emails can take some time to arrive to your inbox.</li><li>&nbsp;The duration of an MFA session is 3 hours. You will be prompted for another code when the session is over.</li><li>If you are using multiple applications on MyEuronext, you will only have to go through MFA once, for the duration of the session.</li></ul>

<p>1. To log out from MyEuronext, click on the "<strong>Logout</strong>" button in the top bar.</p><figure class="image"><img src="https://cdn-assets.productfruits.com/320e39b3-f939-4706-a263-c6cb915ad714"></figure><p>2.
