I did not receive my confirmation e-mail of the Connect account creation

The mail is in your spam box. You should : 

  • Check in your spam box or quarantine box if uou have access to it;
  • Ask your IT department managing the mailboxes to retrieve the mail.

It is possible to ask again the confirmation mail while clicking on “Reset your password”​. 

 

A Euronext member can do it for you if he has your e-mail address. ​

He will receive then the e-mail.
