CA ETPs - Regulatory documents

The Italian regulation requires each issuer to publish several regulatory documents :

  • Articles of Association
  • Final terms
  • Fund Rule
  • Italian Summary
  • KIID
  • Listing Documents
  • Prospectus
  • Prospectus document

Once submitted on MyEuronext, they are published on each issuer’s page on Borsa Italiana’s website, under ETFs section.

Add or replace a document

Depending on your role, you will have access to different documents.

If you are a senior issuer, you will only see your own documents in the list, and will be able to add documents only for your company. However, as a junior issuer, you will only be able to see the available documents.

On the contrary, if you are a third-party, you will have access to the documents of all your active delegations and will be able to add documents for them.

You can apply several filters in order to sort out your documents.

You can also download a document and consult the list of ISINs related to this document by clicking on the corresponding arrow.

To add a document, click on the “Add a document” button on top of the screen.

On the following screen, you will be able to choose your issuer’s name (for a senior issuer) or the name of your delegation (for a third party), then upload the document and finally select the appropriate ISIN.

To upload the file, once you have clicked on the “Upload document” button, you can directly drag and drop it in the dedicated zone.

It has to be noted that, once submitted, a file is published and cannot be deleted. The only way to delete a document is to replace it with a new version. Indeed, you can only have one document per type (eg.: Prospectus, Final terms…) and the new version will overwrite the earlier.

Once submitted, the documents will be published in PDF format and instantly available on Borsa Italiana’s website.
