Onboarding request
The creation of a new request will be initiated by Euronext after receiving the requested details from the Applicant. Once the request creation is initiated, the Prospect user (identified by the Applicant) will receive an e-mail that will enable this specific individual to log-in to the Member Onboarding application on MyEuronext platform.
In order to be able to access the Member Onboarding application, the Prospect user will have to create an account on Connect by following the steps described here.
Each request goes through 4 different stages :
- Initiation
- Admission
- Technical configuration
- Go live
Each stage starts when the previous one is completed.
For each one of these stages, the request goes through different statuses :
- Not started
- Ongoing
- Acknowledged
- Completed
- Cancelled
