Company Management

Once a company has been onboarded and is live on Euronext, it will be able to access the Company Management section on the Member Onboarding App.  

This feature allows to request updates to company’s information related to their own membership. 

It is possible to request changes to the following areas: 

  • Company Details 
  • Mandatory Contacts 
  • Users & Contacts 
  • Declarations 
  • Post-Trade Set-Up 

After the modification request is submitted, it is possible to follow the status of the request on the Requests and Modification section: 

As long as a submitted request is not yet approved by Euronext, the client is able to cancel it by clicking on the bin icon to the right side of the request. In that case the status of the request will changed to “Cancelled”. This will no longer be possible once the request has been approved. 

Once the request is reviewed and approved by Euronext, the status will change to “Acknowledged” and a notification is sent to the client. Finally, the status will changed to “Completed”.
