Resignation

If a company decides to resign from one or multiple Euronext markets, it is required to go through the market resignation process. This ensures a smooth and compliant exit, covering all legal, operational, and technical requirements. 

A resignation request can apply to: 

• All markets in which the company is active (full resignation)  
• Specific markets only (partial resignation) 

After requesting the resignation, the process is divided into the following phases: 

Initiation

• The trading member initiates the resignation request by selecting the market(s) they intend to exit and confirm the preferred effective date. 
• The resignation contract is generated and sent to the Authorized Signatory via DocuSign for signature. 

Acceptance & Notifications

• After Euronext review, the resignation will be confirmed with an official termination letter.
